Mr. Ron Barsi, P.Geo., ICD.D., has over 40 years of domestic and international experience working as a Professional Geo-scientist. Prior to his retirement in April 2017 he provided senior leadership on consulting projects in support of various global mining clients, the International Atomic Energy Agency, the World Bank, and the Asian Development Bank.

He has participated in professional, academic, and community organizations including the Institute of Corporate Directors, the Canadian Nuclear Society, the Canadian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy, the Canadian Owners and Pilots Association and as a research affiliate for the University of Saskatchewan.

In addition to his Board activities for Oliver Lodge he also serves on the Board for SaskEnergy and is a past member of the Boards for the Canadian Nuclear Society, the Saskatchewan Law Society and the Hamlet of Merrill Hills.

He has also served on the Council’s for Wesley United Church in Prince Albert, Third Avenue United Church in Saskatoon, and the Joint Needs Assessment Committee for Mayfair United Church in Saskatoon where he is an active member.

To all the outstanding nurses who help look after our loved ones, especially now when families can’t visit, we CELEBRATE all of you! Your compassion, optimism, kindness and loving care do not go unnoticed. You are all so appreciated now and always.
