Welcome to Oliver Lodge! Our nursing department believes in providing resident-centered quality care to meet the residents’ physical, social, emotional, intellectual, cultural and spiritual needs.
We believe that each resident is the most important person at Oliver Lodge. Each resident is an individual with basic needs and is a contributing member to our Oliver Lodge family.
Our staff consists of trained CCAs, RNs, RPNs and LPNs who provide compassionate resident centered care.
We have nurses on all our four neighborhoods during days and evenings. On nights, we have two nurses in the building. Our highly qualified nursing professional team consists of LPNs, RNs and RPNs. On days and evenings we have one CCA to eight residents. At night there are fewer CCA’s in the building, as most residents are sleeping.
We have a full time physiotherapy assist as well as limited occupational therapy and physiotherapy hours.
We have limited physiotherapy and occupational therapy hours. Unfortunately we are unable to offer rehabilitation physiotherapy at Oliver Lodge, but we encourage and support contracts with private therapies.
